I have a terribly large collection of spices that never seems to end. I get an incredible high from pairing new flavors, and get drunk from creating a new dish. Real life, true story.
I was part of CKCA (the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts) graduating class of fall ‘14. My certificate in Culinary Arts is hanging on the wall next to all my favorite other things.
